Job Summary

ACO Tech Sdn Bhd is offering an IT Internship focusing on Software Development and Cloud & DevOps. The intern will assist in developing backend applications, maintaining RESTful APIs, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience in modern web development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing backend applications with PHP/Laravel
  • Support AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux servers setup
  • Help maintain Docker images and Kubernetes environments
  • Write SQL queries and support database operations

Required Skills

Job Details

Software Development: - Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications using PHP/Laravel. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs. - Write SQL queries, database migrations, and perform data validation. - Support system integration and data processing. - Fix bugs and enhance existing applications. - Prepare technical documentation and project handover materials. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: - Assist in setting up AWS cloud environments, Linux servers, and user access. - Support website deployment by configuring SSL certificates, web server security, AWS WAF, and Amazon S3. - Assist in building Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes environments. - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. - Assist in database setup, backup, and recovery testing. - Prepare infrastructure documentation and handover guides. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of programming concepts. - Familiar with Git version control. - Basic understanding of databases and SQL. - Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS). - Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment. - Good problem-solving and communication skills.
