Nursery Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist walk-in customers with excellent customer service. - Recommend suitable plants, flowers, pots, fertilizers, soil, and gardening accessories based on customers' needs. - Achieve individual and team sales targets through both in-store and online channels. - Host live selling sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms. - Demonstrate products, answer customer enquiries, and engage viewers during live sessions. - Create simple video content and product demonstrations to support online marketing and sales. - Process customer orders from both walk-in and online customers. - Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the nursery. - Water and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and sale-ready. - Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages. - Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches. - Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements - Minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Passionate about plants, gardening, horticulture, or landscaping. - Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and interacting with live audiences. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team. - Experience in retail sales, live hosting, customer service, or social media is an added advantage. - Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on the duty roster.
