Job Summary
Chicago Chicken City is hiring a Crew member for their Jaya Gading, Pahang location. The role involves providing friendly customer service, preparing food and beverages according to SOPs, and operating the POS system. Candidates should ensure cleanliness, manage stock, and be willing to work shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service and handle orders
- Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs
- Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and workstations
- Replenish stock and ensure proper storage using FIFO
Required Skills

Job Details
Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries. Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately. Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations. Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times. Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in the food & beverage or customer service industry is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic cash handling and numerical skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Passion in serving customer.
