Logistics Coordinator

Position: Logistic Coordinator Working Location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur Working Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm Employment Type: Renewable 3 to 12 Months Contract Job Description: - Coordinate FCA and EXW export shipments and ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate. - Update transportation and logistics costs in SAP. - Manage courier shipments for China, Vietnam and Indonesia, with potential expansion to other countries. - Support Indonesia export PEB requirements. - Manage Air Waybill (AWB) value requirements for China and Vietnam, including updates in the DHL portal. - Coordinate APAC pre-carriage activities. - Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) for Taiwan shipments when required. - Analyse logistics reports and expedite shipments to meet operational requirements. - Troubleshoot shipment issues in SAP and Transportation Management System (TMS). - Work closely with internal stakeholders, warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution. - Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. - Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or supply chain. - Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with customers and business counterparts in China. - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping. - SAP experience is preferred. - Familiarity with TMS is an advantage. - Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
