Account Manager

Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs. Manage projects and marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Coordinate with internal creative, content, design and production teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare proposals, campaign timelines, presentations and reports. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and provide strategic recommendations. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management or Account Servicing within a creative, digital or advertising agency. - Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. - Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience handling FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands is an advantage. - Senior Account Executives looking to progress into an Account Manager role are encouraged to apply.
