Job Summary
Lumiworks Sdn Bhd is looking for interns for the September/October 2026 intake to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing physical events and corporate activities. Candidates must commit for a minimum of 3 months and will gain hands-on experience in the complete event management lifecycle. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the willingness to support events during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing physical events and corporate activities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and KOLs
- Support event logistics, venue preparation, and equipment setup
- Provide on-site event support and resolve operational issues
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🎯 Job Description:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing physical events and corporate activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event preparations are completed on time and run smoothly.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and KOLs, to coordinate event requirements.
- Support event logistics, including venue preparation, equipment setup, and material coordination.
- Provide on-site event support to ensure successful event execution and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Prepare event-related documentation, reports, and administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or management.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Well-organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to support events during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required (replacement leave will be provided in accordance with company policy).
