This Kitchen Crew role keeps the kitchen flowing during each shift by preparing ingredients, supporting churning, and keeping stations clean so service runs smoothly. Workers will build hands-on experience through daily prep tasks, gain practical food safety and hygiene skills, and find clear paths to roles like cook or shift lead. No prior experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Prepare and portion ingredients, wash and clean equipments, and follow simple recipes for consistent results.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks such as weighing, cooking, baking and churning.
Kitchen Operations
- Support service by restocking stations, rotating inventory, and notifying supervisors of low supplies.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and follow opening or closing checklists for smooth shifts.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain clean workstations, wash cookware and utensils, and manage waste according to hygiene rules.
- Follow food safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and first-time kitchen workers are welcome and will receive training.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Basic knife handling and food prep techniques, with care for speed and consistency.
- Awareness of kitchen hygiene and safe food handling practices; basic knowledge of stock rotation is a plus.
