### Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new bazaar and event opportunities.
- Represent Lips Carpenter at bazaars, pop-ups, and retail events.
- Actively engage customers and drive product sales.
- Recruit and manage part-time promoters.
- Ensure booths run smoothly and achieve daily sales targets.
- Manage corporate workshops and brand activations.
### Requirements
- Strong sales mindset and comfortable engaging customers.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly proactive and able to solve problems independently.
- Organised and able to manage events and promoters.
- Comfortable working weekends and event days.
- Own transport (car) required for travelling around Klang Valley.

### Compensation
