Job Summary
X Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive intern to assist with proposal development, client engagement, and technical project execution. The role involves crafting professional proposals, attending high-level client meetings, and supporting strategic daily tasks. Candidates should possess strong multi-lingual communication skills and be pursuing a tech-related degree.
Responsibilities
- Craft professional proposal write-ups and slide decks
- Join client meetings with C-level executives
- Assist in quality-checking systems during project deployments
- Support daily tasks related to strategy and documentation
Required Skills
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Pursuing a tech-related degree
- Understanding of software systems and IT workflows

What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft professional proposal write-ups and slide decks for tech-based solutions
- Join client meetings with C-level executives and management, gaining first-hand exposure
- Assist in quality-checking systems during tech project deployments
- Support the key personells in day-to-day tasks related to strategy, documentation, and planning
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (spoken & written)
- Strong writing and presentation skills – this role involves plenty of writing!
- Preferably pursuing a tech-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, HCI, etc.)
- Has general understanding of software systems, tech stacks, or IT workflows
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma or AI tools is a plus
