Retail Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. The position involves delivering excellent customer service, managing daily store operations, and maintaining high standards of merchandising. Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers
- Support sales achievement and contribute to store sales growth
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness
- Build strong rapport and positive relationships with customers
- Handle cashiering duties and cash transactions accurately
- Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures
- Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas
- Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and store records
- Monitor store activities, track sales performance, and support daily operations
- Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Independent, responsible, and self-motivated
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- No experience required – training will be provided
