Posture Therapist

Key Responsibilities - Provide posture therapy treatments and services to clients - Assist clients in improving posture, body alignment, and overall wellness - Conduct basic consultation and explain treatment plans professionally - Build and maintain good relationships with customers - Ensure clients receive a comfortable and positive treatment experience - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment - Follow company SOPs and treatment procedures - Assist in achieving outlet sales and service targets - Attend training sessions provided by the company Requirements - Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or related industries will be an added advantage - Candidates must be patient, friendly, and customer-oriented - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willing to learn and passionate about posture management and wellness services - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is preferred to communicate with clients effectively.
