Job Summary
Intelek Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for an MNC client in Port Klang. The role focuses on leading warehouse operations, managing inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate production planning and ensure compliance with safety and international standards.
Responsibilities

- Oversee import, export, and transportation logistics

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in Warehouse/Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery targets.
- Manage import, export, warehousing, and transportation activities.
- Monitor slow-moving, rejected, and scrap materials while optimizing inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO/IATF standards, and company policies.
- Drive Lean, VEP, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operations.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import & export, and transportation.
- Experience in the chemical or plastics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
