Job Summary
The Earnest Co is seeking a Marketing/PR Intern to help tell the story of Malaysian agriculture. You will create social media content, write copy, and support campaigns and events. This role offers an opportunity to build a portfolio with a purpose-driven brand.

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Mass Comm or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Creative, curious and full of ideas you're not shy to pitch.
- Proficient in Canva and comfortable with basic photo/video editing.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and current content trends.
- Able to support event planning and community engagement activities.
- Organised enough to keep to a content calendar and deadlines.
- Portfolio, personal projects or past content work is an advantage.
- Willing to occasionally travel to farm sites for content shoots.
- Available for a full internship placement starting September 2026.
