Job Summary
The Retail Sales Consultant will assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products to drive store performance. The role involves maintaining high store standards, handling POS transactions, and supporting operational and inventory tasks. Candidates are expected to be energetic, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers by identifying needs and providing suitable product recommendations with strong product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance through effective selling techniques, upselling, and consistent customer follow-up.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall store organization.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and support online/marketplace order fulfilment and promotional campaigns.
- Provide professional customer service, manage inquiries and feedback, and support daily operational and inventory tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree preferred.
- Able to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends and holidays (with additional pay).
- Prior retail/sales experience is an advantage; passion for motorcycling and riding gear is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are beneficial.
- Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Willing to relocate and adapt to operational needs; familiarity with Shopify POS or e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
