Branch Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and responsible Branch Executive to join our Kitchen Arena Seremban team, offering a great opportunity to manage a showroom and grow into a senior role. The ideal candidate will handle walk-in customers, provide product consultation, and work towards monthly outlet sales targets. SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders with no prior experience are welcome to apply as full training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and provide product consultation
- Manage showroom layout, cleanliness, and daily operations
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Work towards monthly outlet sales targets
- Coordinate with HQ on orders, stock, and customer needs
Required Skills
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
