Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet. This role requires working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Minimum SPM qualification

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
- Experience in F&B or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in KLCC area.
Extra Benefits:
- Bonus is given depending on individual performance.
- Basic Salary + Service Point (Range RM150 - RM600 per 1.0 point) based on business performance.
