Accountant

Job Responsibilities: - Manage accounting operations and tax planning for manufacturing enterprises; proficient in financial and office software, with strong knowledge of U9C system. - Establish and improve the financial management system, overseeing daily operations, annual budgeting, and cash flow management. - Lead the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support management decision-making. - Report business performance, financial results, and budget execution to senior management, offering constructive insights and recommendations. - Monitor and forecast cash flow, optimize capital and debt structures, and ensure effective risk control in company fund management. - Oversee the operation and maintenance of the U9C system, providing guidance and support to other departments on related matters. - Conduct reviews and follow-up on financial tasks, ensuring timely reporting of progress and outcomes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Statistics, or related fields. - Holder of Intermediate Accounting title or CPA qualification is an advantage. - Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience in a manufacturing industry, with the ability to perform accounting in line with listed-company standards. - Candidates with audit firm background and/or over 3 years of financial management experience are preferred. - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office software; familiar with the latest enterprise accounting standards. - A good team player with positive work attitude. - Proven experience in leading finance teams, with excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical, logical thinking, and data sensitivity skills, with a continuous learning mindset. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility. - Multilingual ability (Malay, English, Mandarin) is preferred.
