Internship Trainee Teacher
Job Summary
Paced Learning Academy is seeking Trainee Teachers for a 1-month intensive program to become certified Phonics and Preschool Math educators. Candidates will undergo structured training, mock classes, and supervised teaching to gain necessary classroom skills. Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into full-time roles teaching children aged 3–8 both online and in-person.

Job Details
### Training Phase (1 Month)
- Structured training in our PACED Phonics & Singapore Math curriculum.
- Hands-on exposure through mock classes, supervised teaching & real classroom observation.
- Coaching on classroom management, engagement techniques & online teaching tools.
- Weekly assessments to track your readiness and progress.
### Key Responsibilities (Post-Conversion)
- Teach Phonics & Preschool Math to children aged 3–8 (online & in-person).
- Conduct engaging, enrichment-based lessons (30 mins – 1.5 hours).
- Provide simple progress feedback to parents.
- Support lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Continuously improve through training and mentoring.
### Requirements
- No prior phonics/math teaching experience required (training provided).
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred OR experience teaching children (e.g. piano, enrichment, tuition).
- Strong passion for working with children.
- Energetic, patient, and willing to learn.
- Able to commit:
- Training Period: Full-time for 1 month.
- Full-Time Role: 3–4 weekdays + 2 weekends.
