Retail Sales Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to manage daily retail operations at our store located in 1 Utama Shopping Centre. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store maintains a high standard of presentation. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and strong communication skills.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- SPM or equivalent education
- Proficiency in English and Malay

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operation of retail store including sales, opening and closing.
- Identify customers need and provide product information.
- Advise customers with product quality and trend.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and great shopping experience.
- Stocktake and inventory management, provide sales trend insights to management.
- Support sales event or campaign.
- Maintain retail store good image, keep clean and tidy.
- Update new item in outlet with exact and proper visual.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion or related role.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, preferably candidate with good command in English and Malay. Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Organisational skills.
