Job Summary
The Health & Safety Executive is responsible for conducting risk assessments, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations. This role involves organizing safety training, developing strategic HSE plans, and reporting safety statistics to management. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a safety-related role.

Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments and enforcing preventive measures as to conduct site inspections to check equipment, machinery and processes.
- Reviewing existing policies and update according to legislation then to enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Educating employees on safe practices and health and safety regulations by initiating and organizing OHS training.
- Assisting with the development of strategic plans for health, safety and environment.
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, and new prevention measures.
- Evaluating the safety management system for its effectiveness and maintaining documented continuous improvement plans.
- Reporting on the health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics to the General Manager, Operation Manager and Plant Managers.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
Requirements:
- Education: SPM / Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
- Working Experience: Minimum 1 year in safety-related role.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
