- Develop and optimize marketing funnels (lead → conversion → retention).

Campaign Planning (Not Just Execution):
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns (online & offline integration).
- Align campaigns with company growth targets and sales objectives.
Data-Driven Optimization:

Cross-Team Collaboration:

- Ensure consistency in messaging and growth direction.
Requirements:
- Has 4–7 years experience in marketing / growth / performance marketing.
- Understands marketing funnels, conversion, and customer journey.
- Thinks in strategy, not just content or design.
- Is data-driven and comfortable with numbers.
- Has strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
