Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Videographer and Editor to produce engaging short and long-form content. You will be responsible for capturing compelling visuals and editing them for various social media platforms. The role requires close collaboration with creative and marketing teams to deliver results-driven video assets.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- 2+ years of videography experience
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and audio
- Strong time management and organization

Key Responsibilities:
Videography (Primary):
- Plan and execute video shoots for social media campaigns
- Capture lifestyle, product, corporate and event content
- Film interviews, testimonials and behind-the-scenes footage
- Direct talents, creators and clients during filming
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment and gimbals
- Develop creative shot lists and filming concepts
- Ensure high-quality footage suitable for digital platforms
- Organise and maintain video equipment and media files
Video Editing (Secondary):
- Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Add subtitles, graphics, music and transitions
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of videography experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media or commercial video work
- Good understanding of camera composition, lighting and audio
- Experience operating mirrorless cameras, gimbals and wireless microphones
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software
- Basic knowledge of colour correction and audio editing
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Willing to travel for outdoor shoots when required
