The role offers hands-on mentorship and training in areas like Facebook Ads strategy and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Success:
- Guide customers through their sleep journey with personalized product recommendations.
- Handle inquiries via chat, email, and social media with speed and care.
- Turn conversations into sales while building lasting relationships.
Marketing & Content:
- Scout and manage influencer partnerships to amplify our reach.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Create content briefs for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
- Support creative testing initiatives for Facebook/Instagram ads.
- Coordinate with the creative team to bring campaigns to life.
Growth Support:
- Track campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the sleep products market.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
