E-Commerce Executive
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, platform performance metrics, and customer support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to handle daily operations and support sales campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and logistics.
- Maintain platform performance metrics and account health.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Support e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Seller Centres.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop official stores.
- Process and monitor orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory replenishment.
- Ensure platforms meet performance metrics (Chat response rate, Fast handover rate, Order fulfilment timelines).
- Work within Seller Centres to monitor listings, pricing, campaigns, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and internal tracking.
- Handle customer enquiries across platforms and resolve delivery or order concerns.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or FMCG industry.
- Experience managing Official Mall stores on Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.
- Computer literate and comfortable with online systems.
- Possess own transportation (may occasionally need to drop parcels at courier drop-off point).
- Able to work on-site at Jaya One office from Mondays-Fridays plus rotational Saturdays.
