Job Summary
As an E-Commerce Intern, you will assist in managing online stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will support daily operations, including order processing, logistics, and inventory management. Additionally, you will help coordinate sales campaigns and provide timely customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in maintaining e-commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Work closely with e-commerce partners to develop beauty brands and drive sales.
- Support daily operations including order processing, logistics, and inventory matters.
- Ensure e-commerce platforms operate smoothly regarding sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, and inventory replenishment.
- Provide effective customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues to maintain platform chat response rates.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree student in a relevant field.
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Problem solver, sales-oriented, and passionate about e-commerce.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to start work immediately is a plus.
