Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator for a 3-month contract to manage Xiaohongshu, affiliate marketing, and KOL collaborations. The role involves recruiting and maintaining relationships with affiliates while supporting social media influencer campaigns. Candidates should have a strong interest in e-commerce and social media with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage affiliates/KOLs
- Support Xiaohongshu and social media collaborations
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams

- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Knowledge of e-commerce and social platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Job Description:
- Recruit new affiliates / KOLs and act as the main point of contact for them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide necessary marketing materials
- Support Xiaohongshu (小红书) and social media collaborations with influencers
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & sales) to align campaign objectives
- Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with terms & conditions
- Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns
- Prepare and reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports
- Handle product sample requests for affiliates in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (preferred), English and Malay for liaising with KOLs / affiliates
- Interest in affiliate marketing, Xiaohongshu, KOL or social media
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimum 3 months contract, potential for permanent conversion
