Retail Sales Associate
Job Summary
2AM is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate to serve as the face of our 3D-printed sneaker brand. You will act as an educator and stylist, helping customers discover the perfect fit while maintaining a high-end store aesthetic. This role involves managing sales, inventory, and providing expert consultation on 3D footwear technology.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide expert product consultation
- Meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Perform accurate cashiering duties
- Maintain high-end retail store cleanliness and aesthetics
Required Skills
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in 3D printing and tech footwear
- Ability to work shift rotations including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Consultation: Greet customers, introduce them to the comfort and design of 3D additive manufacturing, and provide expert recommendations on sizing, material care, and styling to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal monthly sales targets set by management.
- Stock & Inventory: Assist with receiving new stock imports, stock replenishment, inventory counting, and keeping our minimalist display walls immaculate.
- Cashiering: Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately using the cloud-based POS system.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and precise aesthetic vibe of the high-end retail floor and stock room.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Experience: Fresh graduates and retail newcomers are highly encouraged to apply! Previous experience in fashion, tech gadgets, or footwear retail is a great bonus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (essential for handling our core customer demographics).
- Attitude: Positive, eager to learn about 3D technology, and a great team player with a vibrant personality that aligns with the 2AM brand.
- Availability: Able to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
