Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, and workstations.
- Prepare takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Replenish supplies and ensure the outlet is well-organized.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues courteously.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.
