Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities at site to ensure work quality, progress, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. - Manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and safety standards. - Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required. - Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and progress updates. - Oversee site teams and provide leadership, guidance, and performance management. - Ensure proper use of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment. - Utilize project management and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) for planning, coordination, and reporting. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field. - Minimum 10–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-rise building construction projects. - Strong leadership and communication skills with maturity to handle stakeholders at all levels—clients, consultants, subcontractors, employees, and authorities. - Proven ability to plan, lead, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively. - Computer literate with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
