Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily machine production schedules.
- Forecast weekly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Allocate manpower and ensure sufficient staffing for daily production and ad hoc tasks.
- Oversee cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor, factory, and storage areas.
- Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintained.
- Manage workers’ attendance and leave records, reporting to HR as required.
- Drive efficiency improvements in production processes and resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, forecasting, and manpower allocation.
- Good leadership skills to manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
- Strong communication skills.
