Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties - Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other related documents - Maintain accurate records and filing systems for company documents - Key in and update data into the AutoCount system - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding orders and documentation - Monitor inventory records and assist with stock administration when required - Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures - Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned Requirements - Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field - Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in an administrative role - Must be familiar with and able to use AutoCount software - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Good organisational and time management skills - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage
