Engineer

Responsibilities: - Conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on packaging machinery and equipment. - Diagnosing and resolving technical problems to reduce downtime and sustain productivity. - Implementing preventative maintenance and improvement strategies to boost equipment efficiency. - Recording and reporting all maintenance tasks and equipment performance metrics. - Working alongside the production team to ensure optimal and effective equipment operation. - Offering training and support to operators on the correct usage and upkeep of machinery. - Complying with all applicable safety standards and environmental regulations. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry, will be an advantage. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues. - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. - Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to professional development. - Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work in a safe manner.
