Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide posture therapy treatments and services to clients.
- Assist clients in improving posture, body alignment, and overall wellness.
- Conduct basic consultation and explain treatment plans professionally.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Ensure clients receive a comfortable and positive treatment experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Follow company SOPs and treatment procedures.
- Assist in achieving outlet sales and service targets.
- Attend training sessions provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be patient, friendly, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and passionate about posture management and wellness services.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is preferred to communicate with clients effectively.
