Smartaxe Agency is seeking ambitious interns for hands-on experience in financial services, entrepreneurship, recruitment, sales, and business development. Interns will collaborate with agency leaders across various specialized tracks including insurance, recruitment, digital marketing, and AI business automation. This program is designed to provide professional exposure and essential skills for students looking to kickstart their careers.

- Strong communication (English/Malay/Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Content Tools

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Insurance & Financial Planning Intern:
- Learn life insurance, takaful, and financial planning.
- Assist with client servicing.
- Support claims and underwriting follow-up.
- Exposure to sales and business development.
2. Recruitment & Agency Development Intern:
- Talent sourcing.
- Interview coordination.
- Social media recruitment campaigns.
- Exposure to entrepreneurship and agency building.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern:
- Create TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram content.
- Edit videos (CapCut / DaVinci Resolve).
- Assist with Smartaxe branding.
- Event coverage and vlogging.
4. AI & Business Automation Intern:
- ChatGPT workflow creation.
- CRM and lead management.
- Recruitment automation.
- Data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree students from any field.
- Internship period of at least 3 months.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, or social media platforms is an advantage.
