Job Summary
We are seeking a Fulfillment/Logistic Intern to support our Logistics Department in daily operations. The role involves managing order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and process optimization within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to operational efficiency by analyzing data and assisting in warehouse coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily order picking, packing, and shipping
- Track inventory and perform stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams
- Analyze fulfillment data for process improvements
- Support SOP creation and warehouse optimization
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Pursuing degree in Logistics or related field
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software (preferred)
- Ability to work in Bandar Teknologi Kajang
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day fulfillment operations including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify process improvements.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and order flow.
- Perform quality control checks and report any discrepancies.
- Support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) creation or updates.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
- Other – any other projects and tasks as reasonably required.
Requirements:
- Able to start in July/August 2026 - Nov 2026 for a minimum of 4 months.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- No prior work experience required.
- Experience with ERP/WMS software is preferred.
- Previous retail or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Basic data analysis or reporting skills is preferred.
- Must be able to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang.
