Job Summary
This is an internship opportunity for IT students to gain hands-on experience in hardware, software, and website development. The candidate will support the IT team with technical troubleshooting and documentation tasks. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for client communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Support IT team in hardware and software maintenance
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation
- Build websites from scratch
- Communicate with clients to resolve technical issues
Required Skills
- Pursuing Degree/Diploma in IT
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Wordpress, PHP, or Laravel is a plus
Job Details
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and IT resources.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Assist in any duties assigned by the immediate superior.
- Assist in create and update documentations.
- Working closely with an IT team and immediate superior.
- Get hands-on experience in building a website from scratch (wordpress or non wordpress).
- Learn to communicate with clients and help to solve their issue.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
- Experiences in Wordpress or PHP, Laravel framework is a plus.
