Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Designer/Lead Creative to manage design operations, oversee web development, and drive AI-integrated creative strategies. You will lead a team to produce high-quality social media content and responsive websites while maintaining client relationships. This is an on-site role requiring fluency in Chinese and expert-level proficiency in generative AI tools.

Job Details
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the design and development team.
- Assign, manage, and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Implement and maintain efficient project workflows and quality control processes, specifically incorporating AI-assisted design and automation steps.
Project Ownership and Production Excellence:
- Independently monitor and manage project progress.
- Take full ownership of design projects from conception to completion, strategically integrating AI methodologies to drive production excellence.
CMS Website Development:
- Design and develop responsive websites using the Duda platform.
- Suggest suitable sitemap and website framework based on client requirements.
- Customize Duda templates, integrate third-party applications, and optimize for performance and SEO.
Social Media Graphic Design:
- Create visually engaging graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop strategies for using generative AI to create scalable, personalized, and high-performing social media graphics and video content.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
AI Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the creative team.
- Establish ethical standards and quality control protocols for AI-generated assets.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on AI, training team members on practical applications.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on web development and design projects.
- Gather requirements, present design concepts, and manage client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese is mandatory.
- Proven experience in website development and CMS platforms (e.g., Duda).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strategic experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.).
- Strong communication, time management, and ability to work on-site in Bandar Sunway.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold valid right to work in Malaysia.
