IT Support Intern
Job Summary
This position involves assisting in the configuration and troubleshooting of various network devices including routers and firewalls. The intern will support the maintenance of Windows and Linux servers as well as virtualization platforms. You will also work alongside engineers during implementation and migration projects.

Required Skills
- Currently in last semester of Degree
- Availability for 4+ month internship
- Basic server and network knowledge
- Mandarin proficiency (preferred)
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Support network monitoring and basic performance analysis.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Assist engineers during implementation and migration projects.
Requirements:
- Degree education with a 4-month or longer internship period
- Last semester of Degree education
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
