Data-Driven KOL Management: Manage the influencer marketing pipeline end-to-end as a priority focus. Beyond scouting and negotiating, analyze KOL performance metrics (CPA, engagement rates, and conversion) to determine scalability and ROI.
Vendor & Agency Management: Act as the day-to-day lead for external creative agencies and media vendors. Handle briefings, ensure deadlines are met, and monitor their output against agreed KPIs and service-level agreements.
Copywriting & Content Creation: Support the preparation, setup, and optimization of content across various channels, including push notifications, EDMs, user journeys, social media, campaign landing pages, and educational articles.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the team with assigned data analysis tasks. Prepare monthly marketing trend reports and weekly reports tracking the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of external collaborations.
Budgeting & Invoicing: Manage the financial side of partnerships. Process vendor invoices and drawdowns, track monthly spend, and strictly monitor assigned budgets to prevent overspend.

- Proficient in Google Workspace, combined with a good blend of creativity, execution excellence, and a growth mindset.
