Retail Outlet Executive

Responsibilities: - Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple retail branches. - Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. - Coordinate and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and in-store events to drive sales performance. - Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store managers and retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards. - Monitor store performance, including sales results, inventory levels, and customer feedback. - Assist in training and developing retail staff to improve productivity, customer service, and overall performance. - Promote a positive, productive, and motivating work environment across all branches. - Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. - Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation. - Uphold and enhance customer service standards across all retail branches. - Assist in preparing and presenting reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational challenges. - Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth. - Work closely with the Retail Manager to develop and implement retail strategies and action plans. Requirements: - Male candidate preferred. - At least 1 year of working experience in retail operations, retail supervision, or a related field. - Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willing to travel within Klang Valley, including Setia City Mall. - Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. - 5 working days per week; 2 rest days on weekdays. - Training will be provided. - Malaysian only.
