Job Summary
Axrail is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst Intern to assist in translating business needs into technical solutions. The intern will collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, document processes, and participate in Agile activities. This role provides hands-on experience in business analysis, AI-driven transformation, and software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements via research and stakeholder meetings
- Draft user stories, requirements documents, and process flows
- Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum processes
- Assist in UAT and solution validation
- Identify process improvement opportunities through AI

Job Details
### Responsibilities
- Support gathering of business requirements through stakeholder discussions and research.
- Assist in writing clear documentation such as user stories, business requirements document, and process flows.
- Help map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with project teams (developers, designers, engineers) to understand solution design.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement and sprint discussions.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Explore how AI and automation can improve business processes.
### Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong interest in business analysis, technology, and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of how software projects work (Agile is a plus).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about AWS, AI, and digital transformation.
- Preferred: Final-semester internship students with a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
