Job Summary
We are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure and Networking Senior Tech to manage, maintain, and secure an organization's core tech systems. You will handle installations, upgrades, backups, user support, migrations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal uptime and performance. The role focuses on proactive monitoring and security policy enforcement to maintain smooth business operations.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years IT infrastructure/network experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or Netgear
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and secure core tech systems including servers, networks, cloud, and databases.
- Handle installations, upgrades, backups, user support, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and policy enforcement.
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Design secure, scalable LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
- Implement monitoring and failover systems.
- Produce technical documentation and network diagrams.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Technical expertise: Network protocols, TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewalls, virtualization, scripting, cloud services, and security best practices.
- Experience with hardware/software configuration, systems administration, and data center management.
- Familiarity with Netgear, Cisco, Juniper, or enterprise networking tools.
- Proficiency with VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network security.
- Strong soft skills including problem-solving, communication, project management, strategic planning, and teamwork.
