F&B Outlet Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our service team. The role focuses on delivering warm, efficient, and consistent customer experiences while ensuring smooth service flow. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate service crew
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Handle customer feedback and issues
- Coordinate staff scheduling
- Monitor stock and prepare reports
Required Skills
- Previous F&B supervisory experience
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
- Customer service orientation

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor / Senior Service Crew in F&B
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality and healthy food is a plus
