Internship Telemarketing Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Telemarketers and Customer Support Executives to join our fast-growing team in Cheras. The role involves managing outbound calls, client campaigns, and providing excellent customer support in a professional office environment. This position offers a stable routine with performance-based incentives and training.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Mandarin proficiency (preferred)

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce products/services and explain information clearly.
- Qualify prospects and arrange appointments when required.
- Handle basic inbound enquiries (when assigned).
- Update call outcomes and customer details in the system.
- Work closely with supervisors to achieve campaign targets.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred (Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Willing to learn and take feedback positively.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 (depending on experience).
- Performance incentives & bonuses.
- Office hours only: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (No night shifts).
