Job Details
Position: Property & Marketing Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in property marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Assist in lead management and customer enquiries.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Support property events, roadshows, and project launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Real Estate, Property Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Positive attitude and hardworking.
- Own transport is an advantage.
