Job Summary
The Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for maintaining daily accuracy in financial operations and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves managing commission payments, closing reports, bank reconciliations, and tax submissions. The position requires strong proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and compliance
- Prepare commission, expenses, and closing reports
- Handle bank reconciliations and withholding tax
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and developers
Required Skills
- Degree in Accounting/Business/Management
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- MS Office skills
- SQL system knowledge preferred
Job Details
Job Description:
- Responsible for daily accuracy operations and to ensure compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement/guidelines.
- Preparation for weekly/ monthly commission and expenses payment.
- Responsible for weekly/ monthly closing report.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- To liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer.
- To ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents saved and files in order.
- Bank in cash or cheque.
- Handling of online banking system (CIMB BIZ) – online transfer, bulk payment or any other payment.
- Responsible for submit monthly withholding tax.
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Offices, SQL System (in advantage).
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
