Job Summary
The AI & Automation Intern will work directly with founders and teams to leverage AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization. You will experiment with various AI technologies to enhance productivity across marketing, e-commerce, and operations. This role focuses on hands-on system building and process improvement rather than passive observation.

Responsibilities:
Creative & Ads Support
- Generate and organize AI-assisted ad creatives
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing
- Assist with campaign research and creative inspiration
- Support graphic design and content teams
Process Improvement
- Document and improve existing workflows
- Recommend automation opportunities
- Build templates, trackers, and systems to reduce manual work
Research & Experimentation
- Conduct weekly AI tool research
- Test new tools and summarize findings
- Maintain an internal AI knowledge base
Cross-Functional Support
- Work with content, marketing, retail, and operations teams
- Assist in implementing AI solutions across departments
