Job Summary
This internship position involves supporting indoor sales operations and managing customer communications. The candidate will assist the sales team with lead follow-ups and order processing. The role requires a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Details
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
- Fresh graduates with a desire learning attitude, good at sales communication with people are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be added advantage.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Skills required: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Teamwork.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.

- Able to start work immediately.
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the daily indoor sales operation of the designated product in the division.
- Liaising with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks such as preparing & following up on leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products.
