Job Summary
The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily operations across assigned outlets to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The role involves monitoring staff performance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and visual merchandising standards. Additionally, the supervisor will support sales targets, conduct outlet visits, and facilitate staff training.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
- Willing to travel between outlets as required.
