Senior Sales Intern
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Associate Intern will oversee daily store operations, including cashiering and inventory management. You will support the Store Manager and ensure excellent customer service standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for visual merchandising and guiding new team members.
Responsibilities

- Handle inventory, stocktake, and visual merchandising
Required Skills
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years retail or sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store operations and cashiering duties.
- Support Store Manager/Supervisor and act as Shift PIC when required.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock handling, inventory, and stocktake activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Guide and support new staff members.
- Follow company SOPs and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cashiering and inventory handling knowledge is an advantage.
